Privacy
An open website, without signing in
Ideallya.com has no sign-in form and does not create an account session. You do not need an account to read about the services, prices or principles.
When you support Ideallya
Stripe processes the payment on its payment surface. Payment details should be entered there.
Questions and rights
You can contact Ideallya about which information is processed, correction or deletion. Which rights apply depends, among other things, on the information and the basis for its use. We may need to verify your identity before providing access.
Describe the service and what you want clarified. Do not post the information you want deleted in a public channel.
Axel Borge follows up privacy enquiries through Ideallya Data. The email thread is used to track the case. We check your identity before providing access or deleting data. You receive a reply explaining what was done and which information, if any, is retained.
When you read public pages
You can read pages and articles without signing in. The website serves ordinary HTML and loads font files from the same website. Content search takes place in the browser.
The hosting service receives technical information needed to deliver a website, including requests and network information. This new surface does not load advertising pixels or analytics tools.
Google Firebase Hosting delivers these pages and processes technical request data, including IP addresses, to operate and protect the service. Google describes Hosting’s IP-address retention as a few months. Its global infrastructure can process data outside the EEA. See Google’s privacy information.
An open website, without signing in
Signing in and managing an account belong at Ideallya Data. When you follow a link to a service, that service's information about data use applies.
When you contact us
Contact links open Ideallya Data. This website does not collect a contact message or save an AI conversation. Read the information on Data's contact page before sending your enquiry.
Describe which service you use and what you need help with. Share only the information needed to understand your question, and never include passwords.
When you support Ideallya
When you start a donation, this browser tab stores a payment reference, the selected amount, currency and frequency, a timestamp and whether the checkout uses test mode. The website uses this to check the return from Stripe against the donation you started. References older than 24 hours are no longer used for verification; this does not delete Stripe’s records.
Ideallya’s payment functions run on Google Cloud. They create the checkout and retrieve its status from Stripe. Technical logs can include payment references and error information. Logs can also be kept in a separate archive. Ending a recurring donation does not remove these logs.
Donation payment records are kept in Stripe. Ending a recurring donation stops further charges; earlier payment records are handled separately.
You can request deletion through Ideallya Data. We first resolve recurring charges, refunds and disputes, then remove information through supported methods in Stripe and payment logs. We explain what, if anything, must be retained, why, and when it will be reviewed again.
