For organizations
A better data foundation for doing something together.
Organizations need relevant information about needs, capacity and assumptions. At the same time, responsibility and limits on use must be clear.

From fragments to an understandable task
A company description does not necessarily tell you about capacity next month. An offer does not always say what has been left out. Useful data must be linked to timing, source and the task you need to solve.
Ideallya develops tools that make it easier to describe needs and compare relevant information. Missions is a concrete example of this direction.
Three clarifications before you share
Define the purpose
What does the collaboration partner need to understand? What result should the information support?
Limit the information
Share relevant expertise, capacity and assumptions. Confidential information with no relevance to the task should not be included out of habit.
Clarify responsibility
Who maintains the information, who can use it further, and how are errors and changes handled?
Make offers easier to compare.
Missions should provide a better basis for decisions from needs description to supplier choice. Relevance should be based on information that fits the need. A supplier should not be able to buy its way up the ranking.
How subscriptions work
What you keep: reading history, bookmarks, topics, films and documents. One shared pool across services, not a fresh pool every month.
Pricing proposal for review. Subscriptions and limits are not active and cannot be purchased yet.
