How subscriptions work
Room for what matters.
One account, shared capacity. Your Ideallya Data plan covers stored entries, document files and AI processing across the services.
Pricing proposal for review. Subscriptions and limits are not active and cannot be purchased yet.
An account is not a paid subscription
Sign in with your Ideallya account. Under the proposed model, you can use the free plan while its capacity meets your needs. A paid Data plan gives you more stored entries, file space and AI credits; you do not buy a separate subscription for each service.
Three simple measures

What you keep: reading history, bookmarks, topics, films and documents. One shared pool across services, not a fresh pool every month.
file storage
Space for document files, measured in MB or GB. A document archive, not a backup of your entire photo and video library.
AI credits / month
Services consume credits automatically when a feature needs AI processing. Use the service as usual. Free has no monthly AI credits.
What counts as an entry?
News
Planned behavior, not yet rolled out: A read story counts while retained in reading history. The default is 30 days: the oldest records expire continuously. Longer history will be a setting and uses more capacity. Reading again after expiry creates a new entry; reopening a retained story creates no extra copy.
stored entries
Each bookmark counts separately, even when the same story is in reading history. Each saved topic also counts as one. Bookmarks and topics remain until you remove them; the 30-day window does not apply to them.
Entertainment
A film or series in your profile is one stored entry, not one AI credit. History is retained. 1,000 titles fill Basic; additional titles or entries from other services need more capacity. The final watchlist overlap rule is still to be defined.
Data
A standalone stored document counts as one entry, plus its file storage. Internal text chunks and search indexes do not count as extra documents.
500 + 10 + 10 = 520 entries
500 stories in reading history + 10 saved topics + 10 documents = 520. Add 10 bookmarks and it becomes 530, even if you have read those stories. Add 1,000 films to the original 520 and you have 1,520, within Plus.
MyData / Data
MyData lets you collect your data, set up imports and chat with it. We propose bringing this together as “My data” within Ideallya Data. Naming and migration are not decided. Email, documents, possessions and business products can give services relevant context.
An entry is one stored object of a primary type, such as a person, product or document. Choose what to extract and whether to retain source documents. The same person found in many emails counts once. Example: 100 emails yield 12 people and 8 products: 20 entries, or 120 if the emails are also retained. This is illustrative. Import choices and other services’ access are separate choices.
You use the service. Processing happens automatically.
Ordinary News reading, bookmarks and topics use no AI credits. Entertainment may use AI to match imported history when needed. Identifying a film from an image or link is planned. The proposal is one credit per personal content alert; account and security notices are separate. Import tariffs and paid AI allowances require cost validation before launch.
Built-in AI or your own
Built-in AI uses account credits. With your own AI through MCP, you pay your model provider, without paying Ideallya twice for the same model use. Storage still counts toward the account. Import, indexing and AI search performed by Ideallya may incur separate costs; boundaries and tariffs must be clear before launch.
Missions: choose what you want to keep
Missions has no separate service subscription. Keeping offers, receipts and other documents in your personal or business databank is an optional use of Ideallya Data. Stay within the free capacity or choose a paid plan when you need more. A paid Data plan is not required to carry out a mission. The previously agreed mission transaction fees are separate from the Data subscription.

When you need more room
The proposal provides shared capacity, not unlimited use. Full-quota, downgrade, cancellation and notice rules must be clear before purchases open. No automatic extra charges are activated. Changing News history retention for existing accounts requires a separate, announced rollout.
