Ideallya Missions helps you describe needs, find relevant suppliers and structure offers. A clearer basis for choosing who you want to work with.
Missions already requires sign-in with an Ideallya account. A paid Data plan is optional, for example when you want more space for saved offers and receipts. The subscription model does not activate payments or change the separate mission transaction fees.

Describe the need
Clarify the desired result, scope and assumptions. A clear need gives the supplier a better starting point.
Find relevant suppliers
Assess expertise, capacity and other information that is relevant to the mission.
Compare offers
See differences in content, assumptions and price. You make the decision and clarify the agreement.
A low amount is not always a comparable offer.
One supplier includes maintenance; another has priced only the first delivery. Before you choose, you need to understand the difference. Missions should make such assumptions easier to see.
AI can help formulate needs and structure information. It cannot guarantee the quality of a delivery or replace the parties' assessment of an agreement.
Relevance should not be for sale.
A supplier should be assessed based on what is relevant to the need. Payment should not buy better placement in the ranking or access to other actors' confidential information.
A clear payment model
The decided Missions fee model is 1% for the buyer and 3% for the winning supplier, without a cap. The base is the total agreed price including any VAT. The fees include any VAT on the fee; it is not added afterwards. Activation and cancellation/refund conditions must be clarified in the service before you commit.

How subscriptions work
Missions has no separate service subscription. Keeping offers, receipts and other documents in your personal or business databank is an optional use of Ideallya Data. Stay within the free capacity or choose a paid plan when you need more. A paid Data plan is not required to carry out a mission. The previously agreed mission transaction fees are separate from the Data subscription.
